Tutoring Advisory Board:
I have known Rev. Lynda Wright Gittens for more than 18 years and have worked with her closely for the past 5 years. I have watched her unselfishly give of her time, energy and resources to empower youth, both male and female, to reach their goals. She has been very instrumental in the scouting program, having served as a Girl Scout leader for more than 20 years, helping to cultivate character, values and service to others. Without a doubt, Lynda has the heart of a true servant seeking to elevate and advance the lives of others to achieve what God has destined for their lives. Her leadership has touched the lives of many and God has enabled her to see the fruit of her labor. What a blessing! May others be blessed by the ministry of Rev. Lynda Wright Gittens!
I have had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Lynda Gittens and working with her for nearly 10 years. Lynda is one of the most compassionate individuals I have met, especially as it relates to youth. Lynda has been involved with the Girl Scouts of America for nearly 30 years and has always exemplified leadership. Lynda has been more than the ideal Girl Scout leader and Girl Scout teen advisor for the Girl Scout Troop at Wheeler Avenue and more importantly to both my girls. Lynda’s support of my daughters and her leadership has guided my daughters (and many others) to achieving the highest Girl Scout honor awarded –the Gold Award. Based on her successes in life, I can easily say that her leadership far exceeds any expectations…Lynda will exemplify the positive image expected at BYCEMinistries.
